Feeding Chickens

Patricia @ ButterYum

My computer crashed a couple weeks ago and It has been a little inconvenient to say the least.  I'll be posting recipes again soon, but here's a little video I took feeding the chickens at my local egg farm to hold you over.  They are an absolute riot - I love watching them come running when they realize I've brought fruit and vegetable trimmings for them.  It puts a smile on my face every time.  Enjoy!

Creamy Greek Salad Dressing

Patricia @ ButterYum

Here's a quick and easy recipe for making your own creamy Greek salad dressing.  I use it to dress my Greek Pearl Couscous Salad, but it's great on any salad, or use it as a dip for crudite. Let me show you how it's made.

Ingredients:  olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, dried basil, crumbled feta cheese, dry mustard powder, granulated garlic, granulated onion, ground black pepper, and kosher salt.

Place everything in a small blender or food processor and blend.  That's all there is to it.
