Lemon Curd Greek Yogurt with Blueberries

I love to keep plain Greek yogurt in the fridge. It's high in protein, calcium, potassium, zinc, B6, B12... and it's loaded with beneficial probiotics. I like to use it as a replacement for sour cream or mayonnaise in recipes, it's great added to smoothies, and a small bowl mixed with fruit makes a wonderful breakfast or snack.

Lemon Curd Greek Yogurt with Blueberries
makes 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt 
- 2-3 teaspoons lemon curd (homemade is best, but Tiptree is 2nd best) 
- 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries 
Directions
- In a serving bowl, stir together greek yogurt and lemon curd until smooth.
