Keto-Friendly Taco Seasoning

Patricia Reitz

ButterYum - Keto Taco Seasoning Mix. How to make keto-friendly taco seasoning. Lowcarb taco seasoning mix. how to make your own taco seasoning keto. substitute for taco packet. how to make keto taco meat. keto taco beef.

Tacos are one of our family’s all-time favorite meals. These days we opt for a lower-carb, Keto-friendly version in the form of Taco Bowls. I’ve never been a fan of taco seasoning packets - they’re too salty and often contain hidden carbs that just aren’t necessary, so I like to make my own. Here’s a simple low-carb version you can mix up in a matter of minutes.

Keto Green Smoothie Surprise

Patricia Reitz

Here’s a recipe for an awesome spinach smoothie with a sweet surprise - strawberries! The berries totally transform the flavor from “green” to “GREAT”! And with only 3 net carbs per serving, everyone loves this recipe, especially those on a low-carb or keto diet. Here’s how simple it is to make.

Start with really good strawberries. If you can’t find sweet, ripe strawberries, pick up a bag frozen berries from the grocery store. They’re picked and frozen at their peek - just let them thaw a bit before using.

Place the strawberries and fresh spinach in a personal blender (or large blender if you’re making a large quantity).

Add unsweetened almond milk and heavy cream.

Blitz until smooth and enjoy!
